Hello people, we recently completed a beautiful kitchen renovation in Malvern that highlights the perfect balance between modern design and natural charm. Our goal was to transform a traditional space into a functional, inviting, and visually cohesive kitchen that meets the lifestyle needs of a modern family and trends. The corner layout, positioned along two walls, maximises efficiency and allows for smooth movement between cooking, preparation, and social areas.Design and Materials
The centrepiece of the kitchen is a marble island that serves both as a workspace and a social hub. Its polished surface and built-in drawers provide practical storage while maintaining a refined appearance. To create visual harmony, we used the same marble material for the benchtop, splashback, and kitchen island, giving the entire space a sense of continuity and luxury. The wooden flooring was carefully selected to complement the wood-like finish of the cabinetry, establishing a natural warmth throughout the area. Our team of experienced kitchen renovators paid close attention to lighting, knowing how essential it is for both ambience and usability. Low-power but bright LED lights were installed under the suspended drawers, softly illuminating the work surfaces without glare.
